5. Payments and Subscriptions
Payments for premium features or subscriptions are securely processed by app stores or authorized payment providers.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the respective app store’s refund policy.
Subscription features will remain active until the billing cycle ends, even after cancellation.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or flawless performance.
We are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from:
App malfunction, technical issues, or downtime.
Third-party service interruptions.
Misuse or unauthorized access to your device or data.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Kachhadiya Kaushikbhai is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for app usage in the 12 months preceding the claim.
