The App includes modules for:
Invoice – Create, edit, manage and export professional invoices or receipts in PDF format.
Customer – Add, view and manage customer details for billing and record-keeping.
Items – Maintain a list of products or services, including item names, prices and tax details.
The App helps users simplify invoicing and record-keeping but does not replace professional accounting or tax services.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legality of all data entered into the App, including customer information, invoice details and item records.
You agree not to use the App for fraudulent, illegal or misleading activities.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your local tax and billing regulations.
You must secure your device and maintain backups of your invoices and data regularly.
4. Data Storage and Backup
All data (customers, invoices, items) is stored locally on your device, unless you manually export or back it up.
We do not store or have access to your business or financial data.
Deleting the App or clearing app data will result in permanent loss of stored information.
Users are strongly encouraged to export data to PDF or cloud storage regularly to prevent data loss.
5. Limitations of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the App will be free from bugs, errors or interruptions.
We are not liable for:
Any loss of data, income or business opportunities.
Errors in invoices, calculations or customer information entered by the user.
Losses resulting from device malfunction, app deletion or misuse.
You agree that your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
6. Security Disclaimer
We apply reasonable technical measures to protect the App, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for using a secure device, setting up password or biometric protection (if available) and avoiding sharing your device with unauthorized users.
7. In-App Purchases and Premium Features
Some features (e.g., unlimited invoices, advanced PDF templates, cloud backup) may be available only through premium subscriptions or one-time purchases.
All payments and subscriptions are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store.
We do not store or process payment information directly.
Refunds and cancellations follow the policies of the respective app store.
8. Intellectual Property
The App’s design, layout, features and code are the intellectual property of the Owner.
You retain ownership of all content (invoices, customer details, items) you create using the App.
You may not copy, modify, resell or distribute any part of the App without written consent.
9. Modifications and Updates
We may update or modify these Terms and the App at any time to improve performance, add features or comply with legal requirements.
Users will be notified of significant changes through in-app alerts or release notes.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
